Information and Referral

Staff is available to assist clients with their needs.  Service consists of providing information on available options. Whether we provide the service directly, or provide a referral another agency, clients receive the necessary information to aid in developing a plan for their individual needs.

Advocacy

Staff is here to provide support and encouragement.  Whatever the situation, clients can call the office for information about the programs we offer.  We assist with completion of our agency forms along with applications of other places (e.g. MN Care, Social Security, etc.)  We may also assist clients with obtaining services from other agencies.
