Family Planning

The Family Planning Program provides medical exams including pap smear, breast exam, contraceptive services, sexually transmitted infrection and pregnancy testing.   Services are free or low cost based on a sliding fee scale.  We accept all types of insurances.  All services are confidential. 

Services Offered:

• A complete physical exam and pap smear
• A variety of birth control/contraceptives
• Pregnancy testing
• Screening for sexually transmitted infections
• HIV testing
• Education and counseling by qualified professionals

Free or Low-Cost

• All incomes and insurances accepted including medical assistance and Minnesota Care.
• Charges based upon your income and family size.  No one is refused service because of inability to pay.
